Installation and Commissioning of Laboratory Equipment
A correct installation decides how well a growth chamber, walk-in room or instrument performs for the rest of its life. JKG installs and commissions the equipment it supplies, checking the site, setting up the equipment and verifying that it holds the specified conditions before handing it over.
For walk-in rooms and larger systems we work with your engineering team on space, power, heat rejection, water and drainage well before delivery.

Before delivery
Site Readiness for Equipment Installation
Space and access
Floor area, ceiling height and a delivery route wide and high enough for the equipment or room panels.
Power
Correct supply, outlets and, where needed, voltage stabilisation or back-up power.
Clearance and ventilation
Clearance around cabinets and a stable room temperature; reach-in chambers perform best near 24 °C and 50% RH.
Water and drainage
Demineralised water for humidity options and drains where required.
Heat rejection
Location of condensing units and how their heat will leave the room.
Gases and utilities
CO₂ or gas supplies for CO₂-controlled, anaerobic and hypoxia equipment.
On installation day
Commissioning and Handover
Installation
Assembly, levelling, connections and safety checks by trained engineers.
Commissioning
Start-up, controller set-up and checks that temperature, light, humidity or other parameters reach their set points.
Qualification
IQ/OQ or IQ/OQ/PQ documentation is available as an option for supported equipment.
Training
Hands-on training for users on operation, programming and routine care.
Documentation
Installation report and handover of manuals and warranty details.
Follow-up
Advice on preventive maintenance and AMC options for long-term reliability.
